The Miracle League of the Triangle is a fully inclusive program. Anyone (age 5+) with a diagnosed disability or IEP/504 plan may be eligible to participate.
Just a few hours of your time can enrich the game day experience for a player with special needs. Volunteer as a buddy or coach, or to help on game day or special events.
Come to a game and see first-hand the difference your contribution can make. Become a part of an extraordinary miracle that’s happening in your own backyard!
The Miracle League of the Triangle appreciates the recent support from the community at our Celebration of Joy Gala. The contributions of our sponsors and attendees of the event are critical to our success, and we are deeply grateful for their continued generosity. The efforts of our volunteers, board members, staff and even our players who participated in the evening’s festivities keep our organization strong. Special thanks to Towne Bank, Comerica, PNC, Lee & Associates, Veloxis, Farm Bureau, Hope Community Church, Withers Ravenel, the Tomick Family and Bill & Mary Zhan.
Every season we welcome over 100 different groups, teams, clubs, and businesses to our fields to experience the joy of the Miracle League. We would love for you to join us too!
When you sign up to volunteer as a group, you commit to a three-hour “Buddy” shift. A shift includes field training, assisting players during two Miracle League games and a load of laughter and inspiration. No baseball experience is required! Just compassion, enthusiasm and the desire to make a difference. Contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Kyle Coburn, for more information.
